Eptisa will provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Health of Romania

This project, financed by the World Bank, will be implemented until 2013

Eptisa has been awarded with a new contract in Romania, a project entitled: Technical Assistance for Supervision of Construction Works in Health Sector Reform Project that will be implemented until April 2013.

The World Bank has allocated 1,7 million Euros for this project that aims to reduce the mortality and premature death, ensuring equitable access to health services and improving the efficiency of the health sector, including in the field of maternal and neonatal care.

Eptisa will provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Health as Contracting Authority for the works contracts and to the local beneficiaries of the projects covered by the current service contract, represented by the Hospital Units, in the supervision of the works.

Therefore Eptisa will provide supervision services for the construction works which will be performed for 22 sites located in 16 counties across the country and Bucharest, thus securing a sound implementation of the works contracts by providing high quality supervision services.

The works contracts will be ruled by FIDIC Conditions of Contract and Law no.10/1995 regarding Quality in Constructions.
