More specifically, the program aims to support the development of these municipal autonomous governments by implementing a modern and efficient cadastral management at the service of the population thanks to the digital updating of cadastral registers, the development of a friendly administration and cadastral management software, staff training, technical assistance and dissemination of its scope.

As part of this program, Eptisa has carried out the development of the urban cadastral Geographic Information System, SEICU, and is currently responsible for training municipal staff on the use of SEICU, so that they can take advantage of all the tools and functionalities at their service.
