Eptisa provides a continuous and navigable cartography for the Spanish regional authorities

Eptisa creates the official database of the General State Administration, with the road system with a topological GIS structure and Spanish cities and centres of population based on official digital cartography with geographical continuity covering the whole country. For this purpose, urban cartography (from the Cadastral Survey) is integrated with the topographical cartography of the road system (from BCN25 of the IGN), and completed with street name information from the National Statistics Institute (INE) and the postcode database of Correos, the mail service.

Eptisa has worked with the IGN for the third consecutive year to produce this road structure of streets and roads, so creating a continuous street map completing it with house numbers, place names and thematic polygons such as postal districts and census districts and sections.
